When it comes to policies I like to keep life cozy by keeping it simple as well. I hope you appreciate this philosophy as much as I do. I want you to enjoy what you buy from me as much as I enjoyed making it.
Shipping Information
I use USPS for my shipping. All purchases will be on the way to you within two business days of your payment being confirmed in my PayPal account. Since for now I don't charge for shipping I use the most economical option through the USPS. If you need your item faster contact me and we can work out an agreement for the extra charge.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
As I said before, I want you to be happy. If there is a problem with your purchase please contact me. We can decide on a refund or trade to happen after them item is returned to me in the original unused condition.
Please realize much of my work is one of a kind so an exact replacement may not be possible.
