Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
refunds & returns are not granted unless the item is not what you ordered (as in the wrong item), in that case please let me know within 48 hours. Each Item is a one of a kind homemade item which means every one is not the exact same.

Craft Couture is not responsible for any harm to one while wearing or using our items. Craft Couture's items are not play toys & should be used under adult supervision because items may have small parts to them that may come off and can be a choking hazard. Also keep all items away from flames.
