Thanks so much for your interest in my creations! I tend to work without patterns or even sketches so most everything I sell is one of a kind.
Shipping Information
Unless otherwise requested, all items are shipped via Canada Post air mail. Delivery within North America can range from 1-4 weeks; overseas may take up to 6 or even 8 weeks; however, usually goods arrive much sooner. Please let me know if you have not received items after the upper range of these delivery times and I will do my best to track them down.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If something is lost or damaged I will work with you to find a solution which may include a similar item being shipped or a refund where appropriate.
