Shipping Information

I receive most supplies I order in bubble mailers. I often recycle these mailers when shipping my jewelry.

Items are shipped 1 - 2 business days following confirmation of payment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Please note that all International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact me within 7 calendar days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Item must be returned in its original condition and must not show signs of alteration, damage or wear. Unless item is defective, order shipping and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

I stand behind my craftsmanship 100%. Should you ever experience a problem with anything I make, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.

Extra Information

Custom requests require a deposit up front in the neighborhood of 50%. I will create a listing for you to make the first of two payments so you can easily make the deposit. Once the piece is done, I will create a second listing with a picture and the final payment amount due.

Most custom orders require ordering of supplies which can delay shipment of completed item by 1-2 weeks.
