Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your hand crochet item, please let me know within 3 days after receiving. I will exchange your item or will issue you a full refund if it’s sent back in unused and original condition within 10 days.Return shipping cost will be your responsibility.

Custom orders are welcome. All custom orders require a 100% payment upfront . To cover material cost and time put in to work 40% of total price is non-refundable .
