I work exclusively with Swarovski Crystals and Pearls. ~I love the beautiful energy the Crystals carry with them~

Shipping Information

All orders shipping to the United States are sent out every morning (except Sunday:) using First Class Package with Delivery Confirmation.
I will send you a note, via email on Zibbet, to let you know I have received your order and payment, and exactly when it will be shipped.

~International Orders are also shipped out every morning (except Sunday) using First Class Internationl Package with the US Post Office.~

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you ever have a problem with your order please contact me by email right away and I will do my best to remedy the situation:)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery confirmation date.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable and it's the buyers responsiblility to pay for shipping the item back to me.
Items must be returned in their original condition and properly wrapped so that the crystals and pearls will be protected on their journey back to me.

Extra Information

TAKING CARE OF YOUR CRYSTALS: The Swarovski Crystals that I use will sparkle forever, as long as you take care of them.

Rinse the Crystals in cool water every once in a while, and that will bring back their sparkle and energy. The silver plated components in all of my creations can be dipped in silver cleaner for about 4 to 6 seconds and that will bring back their shine.

My creations should not come in contact with any harsh chemicals or cleaners.
