I want you as the customer to be 100% satisfied with any purchase/s you make, and guarantee all of my work 100%. I will be happy to work with you and to answer any questions you may have.

Shipping Information

Shipping will usually be 1st Class using the USPS, unless customer requests another method. Insurance is optional, but is highly recommended for items over $50.00.

INTERNATIONAL purchases are welcome, and will be shipped at the lowest possible rates available.

I package and ship most items within 1 - 2 business days of receiving final payment.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If customer is not 100% satified with their purchase, it may be returned within 7 days of receipt but item MUST be in the exact same condition as when sent. If the returned item/s meets this criteria, I will fully refund the purchase price, minus the shipping charge, unless otherwise agreed upon.
