Welcome to Daisy Blue Store! I hope you will sit back, relax, and enjoy browsing through my shop. I am excited about selling some of my creations. Please let me know if you have any questions! :)
I accept payment through PayPal. I will accept cash if picking up locally.
You can purchase through PayPal even if you do not have an account with them. Simply follow the checkout instructions. PayPal accepts credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks.
If payment is not received within 3 days of placing order, I will cancel your purchase and re-list the item(s). I am flexible, so if you need more time to pay, please just ask. :)
I ship USPS First Class. I ship at least once per week, more frequently when my schedule allows. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
I am not too familiar with shipping internationally; but, I am confident that it can be done! lol :) Please bear with me while I figure it all out... thanks!
Insurance and/or delivery confirmation available upon request. I will send you an invoice through PayPal for the amount.
Please be sure that your Paypal shipping address is correct.
If you order multiple items, and the shipping & handling is extremely overcharged, I will let you know and then refund the excess amount to you through PayPal.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted only if you contact me within 7 days of the item's arrival to let me know you are sending the item back. Please send the item back in its original condition. I will refund your money (minus shipping) after I receive the item. Customer pays all shipping charges.
Each item will be carefully packaged to protect against damages during shipping. However, should an item arrive damaged, please contact me to arrange a return. (see above) Sorry, but I am not responsible for an item being lost during shipping.

Please note that any refunds not claimed within 30 days will be automatically returned by PayPal to my account.
I hope you will be happy with your purchase! My #1 goal is to have happy, satisfied customers. I am a “perfectionist” and work very hard to ensure my items are well made. (All items are made in a smoke-free home.) I will not sell any item I would not be proud to wear/use. However, if you are not completely satisfied, I will accept returns (see above).
All items are sent wrapped & ready to be given as a gift… either to yourself or to others. :) Also, I may re-use packaging (boxes, bubble mailers, etc.), but only if they are in good condition. Please let me know if you would prefer all-new shipping containers, or if you do not want your items gift wrapped.
I love creating one-of-a-kind items! I can also do group orders (create more than one of the same item) with many of my items... or I can create a special group of items just for you! (I may ask for a non-refundable deposit.)
