Welcome to Daisy Doe! My name is Erin, and I am a self-taught crocheter. I started making adorable crocheted animals in November 2010 and haven't stopped since. I enjoy making my creations for others, as I know what joy they can bring. One look at a Daisy Doe animal, and you'll be smiling for quite some time! :)

I am very passionate about animals, and my main goal in running this shop is to eventually donate my profits to a number of animal charities. When that time comes, I will be listing which charities I will be donating to.

Shipping Information

I accept payments through PayPal (please note, you do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase).

All items are shipped from Australia using Australia Post.

To keep costs down, items are sent by airmail, and will NOT be sent by registered post. If you would like me to send your item by registered post so it can be tracked, please let me know BEFORE you pay for an item, and I will adjust the shipping costs accordingly. Prices vary depending on the shipping location.

Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

Shipping costs cover packaging and postage. I make every effort to ensure your goods arrive to you in pristine condition.

Items will be shipped between 1 - 3 days.

Shipping to the US takes approximately 4 - 6 business days
Shipping to the UK takes approximately 4-5 business days
Shipping to Europe takes approximately 4-6 business days
Shipping to Japan (or other Asian countries) takes approximately 3-4 business days

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately I do not refund items which have been lost in the post. Please ensure you inform me before you make a purchase if you would like me to send your item by registered post.

Extra Information

My items are not recommend for young children (under the age of 3) as they contain small parts that might pose as a choking hazard.

All items come from a smoke-free environment.
