Dean Designs began with one goal in mind: to design and create amazing one of a kind jewelry and accessories. I sincerely hope you receive as much joy and satisfaction from my designs as I have in creating them.
Once a product has been shipped it then becomes the sole property of the buyer. Products will ship USPS Mail. Most customers will receive their package within three to five business days from the day of shipment. Some sooner, some later. Shipping charges include a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional. Please contact me prior to any purchase if you wish to discuss insurance and price.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Currently I have a "No Returns" Policy. After a product has been shipped, the sale can not be cancelled or a refund allotted. If for some reason your product is defective please contact me immediately and arrangements can be made to have your product returned and a replacement issued. This policy does not cover damage caused by customer abuse or neglect.
Currently, I accept PayPal for all payments. Payment is expected at time of purchase. I do not charge sales tax at this time, only shipping. Any cancellation must occur within 24 hours of purchase, however if the item has already been shipped I will not be able to cancel the sale.
