Description
The coffee coloured sandstone background has teal accents to co-ordinate with lacing and jewellery. Colourful yarn hanks add to the drama of the mask. Relief-carvings of ancient fire holders and symbols are finished in a lighter shade of burnt sienna to contrast the dark sandstone.
This "original" Mayan mask is on a large square shallow bowl with my step-cut design on the
top and side corners and holes
for the teal lacing.
