Hi my name is Jennifer, welcome to my shop policies page!

All of my jewelry designs are original and the materials used are verified for authenticity before they are included in a design. Grades are listed where applicable and if a material other than genuine stone or precious metal is used I will specify in the listing.

Before shipping, I cleanse and purify each piece with white sage and water collected from the Chalice Well in Glastonbury, England.

Please visit my profile page where you can find more information on me and my background. I have also included a list of many of the stones I work with. This list is a work in progress though so please message me if you do not see a stone listed and would like to know its properties.

Here comes the boring stuff, I know. It is a lot of information but is all very important, I promise.

I want your entire shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible (after you're done reading the boring stuff!) so please take a few minutes to read through and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Shipping Information

WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:

Standard Shipping - I ship all regular and sale priced items via USPS Priority Mail. Insurance and delivery confirmation are included for no additional charge.
When payment is issued using PayPal: Items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.
When payment is issued using alternate methods: There is an additional 10 day hold on all items paid for by Postal Money Order or Personal Check.

Clearance Items - All clearance items weighing less than 13 ounces are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Orders with a total shipping weight greater than 13 ounces will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping insurance is not included on clearance items.

Signature Confirmation - Signature confirmation is available for an additional fee of $1.95 (I'm sorry, this is what USPS charges me). If you would like your package sent with signature confirmation, please contact me so that I may adjust your shipping charge.

Expedited Shipping - I ship all regular and sale priced items via USPS Priority Mail (delivery within 2-3 business days from ship date). If you need your order expedited please don't hesitate to contact me for an expedited shipping quote. I offer several options to choose from.

**PLEASE NOTE - If paying with PayPal, I MUST SHIP TO THE CONFIRMED ADDRESS ASSOCIATED YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:

Standard International Shipping - I ship all International orders via USPS First-Class Mail International. Shipping insurance is not available on packages shipped via USPS First Class Mail International and weight restrictions may apply.

Shipping Insurance - If you would like your International order shipped with insurance please contact me for a shipping quote. Your shipping method can be often be upgraded, with insurance added, for only a small additional fee.

Expedited Shipping - If you would like to have your International shipment expedited, please contact me for a shipping quote. I have several options available for you to choose from.

**PLEASE NOTE - If paying with PayPal, I MUST SHIP TO THE CONFIRMED ADDRESS ASSOCIATED YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I accept returns on all items, with the exception of clearance items and custom orders (see below), if contacted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and shipping insurance is required on all returns. Please contact me for instructions before preparing your item for shipping.

If an item is determined to be defective, I will issue a full refund, including your original shipping and return shipping costs, within 7 business days. If an item is returned for reasons other than defect or poor workmanship, I will issue a refund, including your original shipping charge, within 7 business days.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have before finalizing your purchase. I am happy to answer any and all questions, or send additional photos, in order to help you purchase your perfect piece!

**PLEASE NOTE - All sales are final on clearance items and custom orders (resized rings are considered custom orders). Layaway and Payment Plan items may be returned subject to policy (please see Layaway and Payment Plan policies).

RING RESIZING

I do offer ring resizing and most of the rings in my shop can be resized for less than $25.00! Please contact me if you see a ring you would like to purchase that needs to be resized. Once I have your sizing information I can give you an exact price and time estimate (turnaround is typically a few days to a week for ring resizing).

**PLEASE NOTE - ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS; RESIZED RINGS ARE CONSIDERED CUSTOM ORDERS. PLEASE SEE OUR REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICIES FOR MORE INFORMATION.

RESERVING AN ITEM

Contact me if you would like me to reserve an item for you. I am happy to reserve items for up to 48 hours with no initial deposit. If you would like me to hold an item for longer than 48 hours please see my policies below on Layaway and Payment Plans.

LAYAWAY

Terms: Initial deposit of 25 percent; balance due within 60 days. Deposits are non-refundable.

Contact me if you would like to place an item on Layaway.

1) I will first set up a special payment link in the Reserved/Layaway section of my shop for your initial deposit.

2) Once I have received your deposit, your item will be reserved for 60 days.

3) Upon receiving full payment of your balance, I will ship your item (please see our SHIPPING POLICIES).

RETURNS: If you are unsatisfied with your item you may return it according to our REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICIES however, your initial deposit is non-refundable.

UNPAID BALANCE: Should your balance not be paid in full by day 60, your item will be relisted. Please understand that I cannot refund deposits, as I am making your item unavailable for sale during the period of time it is on hold.

PAYMENT PLANS

Terms: Initial deposit of 25 percent plus one-time $10.00 service charge. Monthly payments are due on the 15th of every month; full balance must be paid within 6 months. Deposits are non-refundable.

Contact me if you are interested in arranging a payment plan. I require and initial deposit of 25% and then allow you to decide how much you would like to pay monthly.

1) I will first set up a special payment link for you in the Reserved/Layaway section of my shop for your initial deposit and service charge.

2) After your deposit and service charge are received, I will set up monthly installment links for you. Each installment must be paid by the 15th of that month. Your item will be reserved for up to 6 months.

3) Upon receiving full payment of your balance, I will ship your item (please see our SHIPPING POLICIES).

RETURNS: If you are unsatisfied with your item you may return it according to our REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICIES however, your initial deposit and service charge are non-refundable.

UNPAID BALANCE: Should you default on your payment agreement your item will be relisted. Please understand that I will be incurring fees and making your item unavailable for sale during the period of time it is on hold. For these reasons I cannot refund deposits, service charges or installment payments.
