Shipping Information

Postage & Packing is a flat rate of $2 to the UK and $6 to Europe and the USA, no matter how many items you buy. All items will be packaged and then securely wrapped. Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days after cleared payment. Proof of posting will be obtained from the Post Office.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I hope that you will be delighted with your purchases.

If you are not completely happy, then please contact me by email within 7 working days of receipt. I will then arrange for you to return in its original packaging and condition for a refund less any p&p.

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if faulty.
