All of our mugs and wine glasses are etched by us personally. We take pride in our work and workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our our work at any time please let us know why and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Shipping Information

Glass is very heavy and very fragile which is why shipping costs are what they are. With very few exceptions we ship all glass by USPS 2-3 day Priority shipping with delivery confirmation and we INCLUDE shipping insurance so there is no need to ungrade! We will ship internationally, please email us for a quote.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If any item you order arrives damaged please let us know and we will give you the option to have the item replace or have your money refunded. In either event we need you to send pictures of the broken item(s) to us so that we may make an insurance claim to cover our costs.
