Welcome to my shop. Arte di Blondi was established a little more than three years ago. Currently, I sell my products at fairs, local boutiques, and online. I strive to produce quality products that can create a spa-like experience for you.

I started making soap because the chemicals on them, (including deodorant, lotion, and shaving cream,) left me with a serious skin condition. With surgery and natural bath & body products that I made myself, it made a world of a difference.

I use various methods for soapmaking. I make glycerin soaps, "cold process" soap (which has a curing time of six weeks approx.), and my favorite, "hot process soap".

Our products can be used as party favors. I love custom orders, so if your special event is coming soon, think creatively and give to your guests something different like cupcake soaps, rubber duckie soaps, massage candles, post cards that turn into a picture frame, and so on.

Shipping Information

We will send the package to your zibbet acct. address. If you wish to send your package as a gift for someone else, I can do that at no extra cost. I can personalize it with a gift tag.

I use USPS First Class and Priority Flat rate boxes with delivery confirmation for all domestic and international orders. Even thought we are in Puerto Rico, we are US domestic mail, and it takes just about the same time as shipping from the mainland. Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after payment clears. I ship on Saturdays too.

Please be aware that some items may melt in warm weather. The item will not be damaged, just put it in the fridge until is back to normal, (don't freeze it). If something else goes wrong, just contact me and we'll try to resolve ASAP.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

BATH & BODY
Since the nature of our products is to be in contact with the skin, we cannot accept returns nor exchanges. All sales are final. If there is a special situation, please talk to me first before leaving your feedback.
Please read the ingredients carefully. People who have some type of allergy must read the ingredients first. Some soaps contain some allergens like almonds, nuts, chocolate, and the like. Arte di Blondi is not responsible for any injury or allergy incurred by use.

Scrapbooking
Some scrapbooking items are customized and cannot be refunded nor exchanged. All other items, if for any reason, you can return or exchange it, all you do is take care of the shipping.

Jewelry
Earrings sales are also final. If you are unsatisfied with any other jewelry purchase please contact me to resolve the situation quickly and offer a refund, a return, or an exchange, whatever is best for the customer.

Extra Information

Any situation with a purchase must be informed within 10 days of receiving the item. Shipping will not be refunded, in any case, the price of the item will be refunded.
