Welcome to my store! please take a moment to review my shop policies. I am an honest easy going individual and I will always do my best to accomodate my customers as best as I can and make sure that the transaction is successful and happy one!

Shipping Information

All items are handmade and can ship anywhere between 7 and 30 days depending on the item. All items are shipped via Fed Ex and are insured. All sculptures are packaged extremely well in sturdy custom boxes to help insure a safe arrival.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

At this time I do not accept returns for refunds. I will however accept returns for exchange or merchandise credit. If you are considering a return, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange a return for exchange or credit.

Buyer is fully responsible for return shipping. It must be shipped back the same way it was received and must be insured. This is for your own protection. If it arrives damaged without insurance, I can not exchange the item.

You are responible for repackaging in the same box and materials it was received in and protecting the artwork from damage. Once the sculpture arrives safely a credit or an exchange will be arranged with you asap. Exchange is for same value or more.

To reiterate: Refunds are not feasible at this time, so please be sure you measure and remeasure to make sure it fits well in your space and contact me with any questions or concerns you may have prior to purchase.

Extra Information

If your item is received damaged, please contact me immediately so a claim can be filed with the shipper. Please be sure to keep original box and all packaging and be prepred to photograph the damage digitally to email to the seller as part of the claim process.
