Shipping Information
I will ship your new piece of art within 5 days of ordering. I usually use FEDEX, though for smaller items, occasionally use US Postal Service. I package all items carefully and will let you know which carrier to expect delivery from.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We strive to ship your product within 5 business days of receiving your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt before sending your order back and let me know your concerns. The buyer pays for return shipment, and if the artwork comes back intact, in original condition, I will refund upon inspection, provided that the buyer has reached me first and return is arranged between us.
