Shipping Information

I usually ship First Class through the United States Postal Service (Parcel Post for larger items to USA destinations). Insurance and/or faster shipping is available but will cost extra. If you would like either or both, please contact me before purchasing, so that I can tell you how much extra it will cost.

I use new or clean reused packaging materials. If you have a preference for one or the other, please let me know when you order, and I will do my best to accommodate your request. I encourage buyers to reuse shipping materials when possible to reduce waste.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If the item you purchased arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact me within a reasonable period of time, so that we can make arrangements to remedy the problem.

Requests for refunds or returns must be received within five business days of the package arrival date via the Zibbet message system to be considered. All returned items must be in the original condition and packed well so as to prevent damage.

Except for cases of damage prior to arrival or an item that goes missing in transit to you, shipping charges and transaction fees will not be refunded. No refunds or returns are permitted for custom orders. Returns must be shipped with delivery confirmation or another form of tracking.

Extra Information

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: As regulations vary from country to country, please keep in mind any restrictions regarding shipping to your country when making a purchase. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties fees. Because of government restrictions, I cannot ship to Cuba, Sudan, Iran, Iraq, Italy, or North Korea (US military areas are an exception). Also, if you are in Burma, Western Balkans, Belarus, Cote D'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Syria, or Zimbabwe, please contact me before making a purchase as these countries tend to have more import regulations than others.

SIZES: The size of an item (small, large, etc.) is given as a guideline, but please be aware that these sizes may not match up exactly to the sizes to which you are accustomed, so be sure to also look at the measurements.

ALLERGIES:
WOOL: Some items I make have wool in them, so please read descriptions carefully if you are allergic to it.
ANIMALS: I have hamsters, but they are not allowed around the products.
SMOKE: All items are created and stored in a smoke-free environment!
