*Shipping charge per order for any number of prints is $4.50 for customers in the United States.
*Shipping charge per order for any number of prints is $10.00 for customers outside of the United States.
* Most orders are shipped in 1 - 3 business days.

>ACEO<

* Shipping charge per order for any number of ACEOs is $1.00 for customers in the United States.
* For customers outside of the United States, the price is a flat $1.75
* Most orders are shipped the next business day.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

* All prints and ACEOs are thoroughly examined by the artist before shipping to ensure that they look as they are intended to look.
* All possible precautions are taken to avoid shipping damage.
* Returns and/or refunds are not possible at this time.
* If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact Dream 9 Studios and a solution will be found which may or may not include replacement prints and/or store credit.
* I do my best to work with my customers to make sure everyone is happy. :)
