Shipping Information

Your item(s) will be shipped within three business days after payment is received to the address you provided Etsy during checkout, unless otherwise noted in the listing. (Weekends and US holidays are not included in shipping times.)

Some items, such as a chainmaille and paracord will be made custom on request.

I am not responsible for packages in the unlikely event they are lost or damaged in the mail.

For US customers:
Your order will be mailed via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation, when possible.

For international customers:
Your item(s) will be shipped via USPS First Class International and should arrive within 1 to 3 weeks after being sent. However, in some cases it is possible your order may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
Orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by the destination country.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, listing fees and Paypal fees.

All returned items must be unworn and in saleable condition. Earrings are nonrefundable. Refunds will be credited by method of payment.

Extra Information

Virginia residents will be charged 5% tax at checkout.

Please keep in mind that colors may look slightly different on your screen than the originals.

Also, every item in my shop is handmade by me; therefore the item you receive may vary slightly from the photo in the listing.
