Welcome to our shop we hope you are able to find that something special that you are looking for. We take great pride in the items we produce and we are sure you with get as much pleasure from them as we do in making them.

Shipping Information

All cross stitch pattern will be sent via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment, so you will be able to start them as quickly as you want. They are sent as PDF files, so all you have to do is print them out.

All other items will be posted within 3 working days of receipt of payment. We say 3 working days as France does not have the same public holidays as other countries.

Please note, that international buyers are responsible for any customs or duties charges that may apply.

Postage costs are quite high here in France but the cost does include insurance for your item.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We take great pride in checking all produces before we post them, so we try to ensure they are in perfect condition, if there should not be a problem please do not hesitate to contact us so we can help to put things right.

The cross stitch patterns are non refundable as they are sent via email, so please check you order the correct one. If there is a problem we will happily help to sort it out as soon as we can.
