DzignbyJamie's Shop Policies

Welcome

At Dzign by Jamie you'll find hand made artisan lampwork beads and lampwork jewelry. You'll also find really cool hand stamped metal jewelry and accessories. Fun and whimsical.

It's easy to order customized hand stamped jewelry. Simply message me with details of what you'd like and I'll send you a quote. Once you have decided on what you want I'll create a Custom Listing for you to purchase.

Your item must be purchased and paid for before I begin any work on it. I'll always send you picture to approve your item once I'm done.

Shipping Information

I ship via USPS First Class to the US, and regular post to the rest of the world.

All pre-made items are mailed within 3 days. For custom hand stamped items please see my shop announcement for turn around times.

All international buyers will be responsible for any customs charges.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I am so sure you'll love your creations from Dzign by Jamie that I offer a 100% guarantee. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply return it for exchange or a full refund, minus the shipping and handling. Return postage will be your responsibility.

I have sold on Artfire and Etsy as GlasstasticTreasures and MetalAmore and have 100% positive feedback.

About Custom Orders: Any large custom orders that require me to purchase special supplied will include a non-refundable charge of 20% of the purchase price. I have started to do this because you would be amazed at the number of people who back out of transactions as soon as you've purchased special supplies per their request. It's sad, but true.

Extra Information

All purchases of hand stamped items require the payment be made BEFORE the item is created. As stated above in the "returns" section, there are people who insist on an item and then disappear once it's been created. Once I stamp on metal I cannot reuse it.

All lampwork bead are created by me. I use a dual fuel torch with propane and oxygen. And the lampwmork is kiln annealed for strength and durability.

I love using copper and brass in my metal designs, they give a natural and warm feel. I love working with people to create their perfect customized designs.
