Shipping Information

I ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Shipping will be sent via Airmail to any country other than Canada. Normal delivery time once the item is received by the post office is 7 to 10 business days - this can vary somewhat due to Customs, holidays, etc.
There is NO tracking on these shipments. If you wish to have a shipment with tracking, please ask me for a price quote - the price will be significantly higher for this service.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Having happy Customers is my top priority! I pride myself in exceptional customer service.

If an item arrives damaged or you are not happy with your item for any reason, please contact me immediately and I will work with you to arrive at a satisfactory resolution to the problem.

Extra Information

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless we have previously agreed to other terms.
If payment is not received within 3 days - the items will be re-listed for sale within my shop and the sale will be canceled.
If you would like to reserve an item please contact me to discuss this. I will be happy to do this for you and I will work with you to arrive at a satisfactory payment schedule.
