Description

Happenstance is an original 2.5 x 3.5 inch acrylic ACEO painting on gessoed mat board. ACEO is an acronym for Art Cards Editions and Originals. They are also called Artist Trading Cards. ACEO's must be 2.5 x 3.5 inches or 3.5 x 2.5 inches. Happenstance's title reflects my experience using heavy brush loads of paint on the size of an ACEO. The paint took on a life of its own; it just happened.

The painting comes with a soft sleeve, and can be stored in an album or framed. As with all my art, this a one of a kind, no prints. The back lists the title, medium, year, and my signature. I send a letter of provenance, which increases the value of the work. All my artwork is copyrighted by Eleanor Gilpatrick. Copyright is nontransferable through the purchase of artwork.
