I paint work that moves me, and I respond to form, color, and content. I never allow prints of my work, so the value of the piece is protected. I believe that the soul of the artist lies in the original, which holds the energy of the brushwork. Shipping is free in the United States. At the moment Zibbet does not allow me to automatically add sales tax for New York, but I do charge 8.875% for New York orders.
I hope that you will find my actual paintings more beautiful than what you see online.
Shipping Information
I use FedEx Ground or residential, insure for the value of the work; and pack myself for maximum protection of the work. You receive email notices from FedEx on the shipping stages. If you live in the Greater New York area, I would be delighted to deliver in person. I do not normally ship outside the United States.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If the artwork is damaged we need to negotiate how to deal with that. Refunds can be granted. Otherwise the buyer pays for return shipping if a refund is agreed upon for any other reason. The time period to deal with these matters is within 5 days of receipt of the artwork. Please reach me at egilpatrart@aol.com
