Shipping Information

All the items will be carefully packed so that they arrive safe to your destination.

Please review your Etsy address before making the payment. I will send the item to the Etsy address unless you ask me something different in a message when checking out.

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is cleared.

All items will be shipped First Class mail without insurance unless requested before payment. I can ship faster if you request it and the cost will be added to your item before payment is done.

International. Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are the buyer's responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I want happy customers and I'm completely confident that you will like your item. But if for any reason the item arrives damaged or it doesn't match the description, I offer complete refund of the item if returned within 5 days of delivery. The item must be in the original condition and original package. Sorry, I do not cover or refund any shipping charges. If the item is damaged you will receive a new item with the same design. In the unlikely event that the item doesn't match the description you will receive store credit or your money back.

Extra Information

I accept Paypal only. It's fast, secure and easy. Please submit payment immediately upon completing checkout and no later than 3 days after the purchase was made. After 3 days of no deposit I will cancel the sale.
