Shipping Information

I offer free shipping on orders (shipped inside the US only) of $25 or more. If your order qualifies, please wait while i send you an updated invoice.

I ship USPS First Class whenever possible. Larger orders are shipped USPS Priority. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping option, please mention in the notes to seller, and wait for an updated invoice before paying. Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

I am happy to ship internationally. Please be aware that, as the buyer, you are responsible for knowing what can be shipped into your country, and for any duty/customs fees/or value added tax that your country might levy.

Unfortunately, packages sometimes do go missing. If your order doesn't arrive in a timely manner, please let me know. I can't investigate if I don't know there's a problem.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of bath and body products, I cannot accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, however, I will do whatever I can to remedy the problem.

Extra Information

I strive to use the purest and most natural ingredients. Obviously any products scented with synthetic fragrance oils are less natural than those scented with essential oils, but I have painstakingly researched various fragrance distributors to find those who provide the highest quality products.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have, or even just to let me know that you like my shop. :-) I do work outside the home as well (sometimes odd hours), so I might not see your order or message until the next day. I appreciate your patience.

Wholesale terms are available. I am also willing to discuss the possibility of a signature soap scent for your shop or salon. Minimum quantities apply. Please contact me for details.
