As you browse through my shop, please be assured that each item is createdwith the utmost care for detail. My cross-stitch items are created in a smoke and pet free environment, as to not irritate someone with possible allergies.

The embroidery threads used are the highest quality, and the colors will not "run" into each other under normal circumstances.

Shipping Information

Your items will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours after receiving payment. I use USPS First Class which ensure you will receive your item withing 5 to 7 business days. Each item will be insured and shipped inside a bubble envelope, in order to prevent any shipping damages.

If you want your item to be shipped Next Day, or you live outside United States - please contact me before completing the purchase, so we can discuss additional shipping expenses.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you decide the item is not what you've expected, please contact me and let me know. You can return the purchased item at yourown expense, and your PayPal account will be credited immediately upon receiving the item - less my shipping & insurance expences.

If the item you purchased arrives damaged, please contact me and let me know. Each item in my shop is "one of a kind", therefore it would be difficult to replace it. However, I would be happy to work with you towards your satisfaction in getting something that will make you happy.
