Shipping Information

I ship all packages first class mail. I ship three times per week. If you need your package within 1 or 2 days, notify me and I can express mail the package to you.

International packages will be shipped as soon as possible, but during the winter months, some may only be shipped on Saturdays. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.

You may also purchase insurance on all packages. Please notify me if you'd like this service. You can also request to sign for your packages.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If your item gets lost damaged in the mail I will send you out a new item. The item will be made to look exactly like the item that you ordered (or as absolutely close as possible).

If the item gets damaged, either send a photograph of the damaged item, or mail it back to me to show the extent of the damage.

Extra Information

I accept custom orders. Be as specific as possible when describing the item that you would like to have made for you. I will get all custom items made as soon as possible.

If you do request a custom item, I will list it in my shop after it's finished and it will be reserved for you.
