All my products are made with love and care in my smoke-free home. I do have a house rabbit (but he never helps me make my products!).

My photographic prints are professionally printed in a photo lab.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped once payment has been received. I will ship your order within three days of receiving payment.

I will ship your order to your Zibbet address. This is the address you list as your postal address during check out and it’s the one Zibbet sends me so I know where to send your order to. So please make sure this is your postal address when checking out.

New Zealand orders will be shipped by New Zealand post. Please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery once your order has been sent.

International orders will be sent by international airmail. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery once your order has been sent (mail from New Zealand usually takes about 1 to 2 weeks to arrive in North America, UK, Europe and East Asia and about 1 week to arrive in Australia).

International buyers must pay any customs fees and/or duties and taxes that may apply in your country.

I will let you know when I have shipped your order. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks from when I shipped it, please let me know and I'll help you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Requests to return an item for a refund must be made (by Zibbet message or direct email) within 7 days of receiving the item. A refund will only be given once I have received the item back in the same new condition I sent it with the same packaging. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping for the return of the item. I will only refund the price of the item, not the shipping costs.

Please note that your computer monitor may display colours a little differently to mine, so the colours in the items/photos you receive might appear slightly different to how they appear on your computer monitor.

Extra Information

All prices in my shop are in US$.

Payment is by PayPal only. You can use your credit card or funds in your Paypal account to pay by Paypal. You don’t need a Paypal account to pay by credit card.

Payment is to be made within 3 days of sale, or the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted.
