Fierce Hook Designs is about creating unique and stylish crochet designs that are current with today's trends. Our aim is bringing a one-of-a-kind design into your life through excellent craftsmanship and quality work.

Shipping Information

All shipping is done via United States Postal Service First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. I combine shipping and will provide insurance--upon request only and for an EXTRA charge. Items are shipped when they are paid for and usually within a 2-3 day span--unless the item is made to order. All customers will receive an email notification that their shipment has been made.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I would like to be contacted before any item is returned, so that we could rectify a problem if necessary. Items must be returned in unworn and unused condition in packaging it was shipped in within 7 days of receiving the item.
*ITEM MUST SHOW NO SIGN OR SCENT OF BEING USED OR WORN OR PHYSICAL WEAR MARKS ON THE ITEM. I WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING OR PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING OF THE ITEM.
