Welcome to my shop, Finesse Pillows - a little finesse can go a long way.

All pillow covers are handmade by me, in a smoke free and pet free home.

UNITED STATES:
Items are shipped using USPS First Class Parcel or Priority Mail (for larger purchases). Orders will include a USPS tracking number for delivery confirmation. If you require a shipping upgrade, contact me BEFORE ordering for a price quote.
*Unclaimed or undeliverable packages returned by USPS will be re-charged postage costs before re-shipping -- be sure to check your mailing address.

INTERNATIONAL:
Items shipped using USPS First Class Parcel.
*** This shipping method cannot be tracked directly to buyer's address, therefore no delivery date estimate is available. The customs form code number will be provided to you. ***
If you want an upgrade to Priority Mail, please contact me before your purchase for a price quote.
NOTE: There are rare instances when foreign packages are delayed in your country's customs department, so please be patient. Customers are responsible for any extra delivery charges (duty, taxes, other).

Made-to-order items will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days, except where noted in the item description*. Ready-to-ship items will ship sooner. If there is an unforeseen delay, the shop owner will notify the customer as soon as possible.
(*If you pay by eCheck, date of clearance is considered date of purchase.)

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges on regular* items will be given up to 14 days after you receive your item, minus postage and handling. Please notify me before mailing, and return item in unused condition.

*No refunds or returns on custom orders.
However, if by chance there is some mistake with your order, don't hesitate to contact me as soon as possible and allow me to promptly resolve the issue for you.

Extra Information

Photos and images not linked and/or credited to this shop cannot be used without shop owner's written release.
