One of my policies is recycling. Therefore I ship in reused envelopes and boxes.
Another policy is service and making an effort to understand my customers (as long as it works both ways).
Shipping Information
l will post the item immediately after received payment (normally the next day). Allow 10-15 days for delivery outside Europe.
I have no influence on what delivery service will be used, as I post the items from Sweden.
If you are uncertain as to the quality of shipping services, you can ask for extra insurance at the cost of approximately $10 (SEK 65).
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
All products from Flia Design come with the following guarantee:
3 months: For threads, wire and beads coming loose
6 months: Other fabrication flaws, for example plating coming off of hooks.
I will mend and replace if I can. Otherwise I will make you a new item.
To benefit from the guarantee you must return the entire pair/item. The shipping cost for this will be refunded.
Faulty goods:
Please contact me immediately and return the goods within 2 days from receiving them, toghether with the original packaging.
Extra Information
Taxes
All prices are incl VAT, so far 0% worldwide. According to Swedish law hobby ventures are free from tax obligations.
Swedish banks charge ridicoulous amounts for cashing in foreign cheques. That's why I only accept payments through PayPal for secure payments using credit card, cheque and in some countries bank payments.
