I ship USPS first class for most items. I get delivery confirmation on all items shipped. I am happy to upgrade to USPS priority, just contact me and I will send a revised invoice for your purchase for the price difference in shipping. I happily ship international.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I want my customers to be happy with their purchase. If the item arrives damaged, lost in the mail ( I will check delivery confirmation information to confirm), Or if you are totally unhappy with your item, please contact me. I am happy to replace, repair or refund purchase price (not including shipping cost). If you wish a replacement or repair please send the original back to me within 7 days of receipt of item.
I do offer a layaway plan of 3 easy payments on purchases over $50. Please contact me before purchase to set up a layaway schedule. First payment will be due upon checkout , and the remaining 2 payments due at the agreed schedule. I will bill you with paypal invoices for ease of payment.
