Hello and thank you for visiting Floras Finest! My name is Angel and I love to knit and create unique fiber art accessories.

All of my items are made with attention to detail and passionate energy.

I use a variety of yarns to make my scarves and like to use several yarns in each scarf using different methods to create a unique product that will be fashionable for years to come. I purchase my yarns from various name brand shops which carry a great selection of novelty yarns to small boutique yarn shops that carry more specialty yarns. I also purchase yarns from all over the world including Turkey, Italy and France.
Scarves purchased will be shipped out within 2-5 days, check each listing for time frame. A lot of scarves are in stock, however some scarves are made once purchased. If you want to know if a particular scarf is in stock and ready to go, just convo me.

My goal is to provide the best quality products for my customers to keep them coming back. But don't just take my word for it! See for yourself! :)

Shipping Information

US Orders-
>All orders of 1-3 scarves are mailed via USPS First Class mail. Time frame is 3-7 days. Orders of 4 or more scarves are upgraded to Priority Shipping at no additional charge. Time frame is 2-3 days on average.

International Orders-
>All international orders are mailed via USPS First Class mail. Time frame is 10-15 days for International orders.

>Scarves are packaged in tissue paper and then placed in a waterproof, tear resistant maling package or for larger orders, in a priority mailing box.

>Once payment clears, scarves are shipped within 24-72 hours

***PLEASE NOTE*** For US orders, an email with tracking info will be sent when the item is ready to ship, therefore if the tracking number shows delivered, there is nothing I can do to replace the package. If a reasonable amount of time goes by and the tracking # does not produce any delivery confirmation, I will be happy to replace the item.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

I offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), notify me and you can return them for a full refund of the purchase price (within 15 days of purchase). Item(s) must be in same condition as when sent (i.e. no smoke, perfume, pet smells).

If you just want to exchange an item, maybe the color didn't work for you, notify me and you can return the item for exchange, just pay for shipping. Again, must be returned in same condition as when sent (within 30 days of purchase).
