Forest Shadows is a friendly shop selling all kinds of handmade pagan jewellery. Most of the jewellery I make is one of a kind, so you'll be assured that nobody else will wear something similar!

Shipping Information

My policies are as follows:


* Payment

I accept payment through PayPal only. Please note that you can purchase through Paypal even if you do not have an account with them. This is the safest way to pay on the internet.

* Cancellation

If payment is not received within one week after purchase, I will cancel your order and relist your item(s). However, if you have any problem with payment, just let me know!

* Shipping

I will ship your order using international small packages service provided by the French post. This usually takes from 5 to 10 days to reach the US, and might take less time for European countries. I usually ship once a week.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

* Returns

Returns are accepted ONLY if you contact me within 7 days after you get the item. Please send the item back in its original condition. I will refund your money through Paypal (minus shipping) after I receive the item and have checked it to be in perfect condition.

* Damages/Losses

Each item will be carefully packaged to protect against damages during shipping. However, should an item arrive damaged, please contact me to arrange a return. Sorry, but I am not responsible for an item being lost during shipping.
