At Freaky Keen, we believe that everything created has a unique if not unusual personality. You just have to look for it. I make every item lovingly by hand with hopes that each one will go to someone that will love them just as much as I do.

Shipping Information

Buyer pays for shipping. Nothing is shipped until payment is received. I send everything by USPS. I try my best not to overcharge on shipping. If you know of a cheaper way to ship an item, please let me know.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If in a week after you received the item you aren't happy with it, please return for refund of purchase price, not shipping price. Buyer pays for shipping in this case.

Extra Information

Payment or notice of payment is expected within 3 business days. Meaning, either pay in 3 days (not including Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays) or let me know if you can't pay right away but have a good reason.
