I love the contrast in this antique postcard scan of the upscale formality -- tux & top hat image -- with the worn, tattered, vintage condition of the card itself. Of course, the scrawling French script all over is the piece de resistance. At the very bottom, it says "See this little boy - he is also graicious like your little Nesteste?" I think it would be fun to overlay fabric (a plush black velvet?) atop the boy's tuxedo and hat. Maybe even some shiny vinyl/leather for his boots? A bit of the paperdoll treatement:) Although there are no hearts in this image, the little boy himself is all heart! And I think this scan would make a unique Valentine's card.
