This is a scan of an antique French postcard, a delightful example of the turn-of-the-century montage: a real photo of a little girl combined with the illustration of a butterfly. Bonne Fete is French for a generic holiday greeting. Although I have cleaned this image up in Photoshop, it still retains its antique charm. I have left the uneven white border, the printer's mark, etc.
IF you print it small, it looks perfect. IF you enlarge it to 8 x 10 for wall decor, you'll see those aged imperfections.
