DIGITAL Scan ORIGINAL Watercolor BIRDS in Snow Pink bucket Antique postcard Cottage Wall Art
ONE Jpeg photo about 5.5 by 3.5 inches scanned at 300 DPI will be emailed to you within 24 hours upon payment -- if not sooner! Print and use immediately!
At the turn of the century, Daisy sent a postcard to her friend Miss E. Mills who lived at Surbiton Hill in Surrey, in the suburbs of London. "IF I do not see you Saturday will you meet me at S. Station at have past five on Sunday? Please write back. Don't laugh at my dobbing." Daisy's "dobbing" as she called it is what you see in this beautiful scan! During the Golden Age of Postcards, many folks bought blank cards to paint and create their own art. Daisy had that quirky sense of British humor. She titled this watercolor "Out in the (hot." -- other parentheses missing. I removed that writing from the front but everything else is authentic, right down to the rounded worn corners and uneven edges. This is one of those scans that I highly recommend to enlarge and use as cottage decor wall art! Perhaps a light pink background or mat to compliment the pink bucket? You can easily enlarge and double this image in size for wall art. If you wanna go big, a 1200 DPI scan is available for $9 extra. It can be printed poster size! Convo me and I'll make you a reserved listing.
