Are you having a beach party this summer? Here's the perfect scan to turn into a unique invitation! My original French postcard was mailed in 1927 and on the back bears a stamp that says "Photo de l'Ocean/St. Brevin L'Ocean." It must be a very small town for online info is hard to find! But I do know that it is about 50 miles from Nantes on the west coast of France. What I love about this image is the natural composition and layout of the swimmers--- perfect to write in the waves for your own beach scrapbooking memories or party information.
