Welcome to Fuchsia Bloom Studio Bridal! I aim to provide my customers with distinctive, quality pieces made to last and a positive shopping experience. Should you have any questions,comments or suggestions please don't hesitate to contact me.
I am happy to create a custom order for you, please contact me and I will work with you to create something that will fit your style and budget.
If an item you are ordering is a gift, please specify if you would like a special message added.
When shopping for bridesmaid or wedding party items - I will specify in the listing if an item is available in quantity. There is a 10% discount on the total if you are ordering multiples of an item.If you see something that you like but prefer a different color or metal, contact me and we will work out something that will meet your needs.
Each purchase comes distinctively boxed or bagged.As in the photo shown in each listing, earrings come in a complementary colored organza bag and tissue and necklaces,bracelets and sets come in a custom made gift box. If you have a specific packaging need not shown above, contact me and we will come up with something that will meet your needs.
My shipping rates reflect handling charges as well- ie.gift packaging,envelopes,etc.,and delivery confirmation. I will ship in the US by USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation in three business days from receipt of payment unless I notify you otherwise.I will be shipping to the address that shows in your Etsy order, if you would like your order shipped to an alternate address just send me a message along with the order. If you would like an alternate or faster method of shipping than US First Class mail or any insurance, convo me before purchase and I will provide the rates for you.
International Shipping -
I welcome international customers!
Please note that shipping to international addresses can take up to 6 weeks. I ship USPS First Class International mail. Also, based on the wide variety of customs laws, there may be restrictions and/or customs fees, import duties, or taxes. I am not responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be charged in your country. If you would like expedited shipping or insurance for an international purchase,convo me prior to purchasing and I will alter your order to reflect this.
Note: Earrings will be gift wrapped in a pretty organza bag with tissue and necklaces,bracelets or sets in a distinctively wrapped gift box. If there is any other gift wrapping preference you might have, please don't hesitate to let me know and we will come up with something that will suit your needs. All items are wrapped in bubble wrap inside their box or padded envelope.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
I like happy customers! Please don't hesitate to contact me right away with any questions or concerns.My return policies are as follows-
If an item is defective in any way upon arrival to you please contact me immediately upon receipt so we can arrange a replacement, exchange or refund. After I receive the item back in its original condition I will mail a replacement piece or issue a refund through PayPal.
Refunds and Exchanges –
Each return situation is handled individually and the information below applies to national and international customers. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me through Etsy or my email address – email@example.com - within 5 business days of receipt of the item ( I provide delivery confirmation) and I will gladly exchange it for a different item (exchanges are handled like a custom sale) or refund your order through Paypal. When returning the item to me, please package the item carefully to ensure it is delivered in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.In the unlikely event your item is lost in the mail ( again, I automatically provide delivery confirmation ) I will issue a refund if the item was one of a kind, or replace the item if I can do so. If you eventually receive the item after you have received a replacement/refund, you can either return it based on the requirements I listed above, or keep it and I will renew the listing so you can repurchase.
In any circumstance I want to make your buying experience as positive as possible!
Custom orders - I would love to work with you to create a one of a kind piece just for you! Or if you see an item in my shop that you would like me to modify, or see an item in my sold section that you are interested in, I will do my best to accomodate. Payment for a custom order is required prior to delivery. We will convo or email with pictures until you are satisfied with the end result.If for any reason you are still not satisfied with your order, store credit will be issued.
Care of jewelry: All of my jewelry pieces are intended for adult wear only unless otherwise specified and, though sturdily made, will not withstand wear in the water. Antiqued (oxidised) pieces need to be kept in a separate box or bag from other jewelry due to the chemical reaction that occurs upon contact with alloy metals.If any discoloration does occur, a simple polishing with a silver polishing cloth should suffice.A polishing cloth is also recommended for plain sterling and gold filled jewelry as opposed to liquid silver cleaners which can damage the finish.
