Fudge! Fudge! Fudge! is a great little shop run out of a fully licensed and certified kitchen in a quiet section of Western Massachusetts. The fudge is based off a recipe I got from my grandmother a very long time ago. I like to think of myself as more of a scientist than a "chef" because with fudge if you don't get everything just right, it won't work.I began making fudge for my children's bake sales and other fundraising efforts at school until, after repeatedly being urged to, I started to sell the fudge on my own. Soon, my imagination began to get the better of me and strange flavors like beef jerky fudge and pizza fudge were born.
Now, I love when people challenge me with new and fun fudge ideas. Cheeseburger was the latest. It came out pretty interesting.
