Shipping Information

JEWELRY: All jewelry is carefully gift boxed and ready for gifting! All jewelry purchases ship via insured, expedited and tracked Canada Post service for your convenience and peace of mind. We ship next business day to your confirmed PayPal address by default.

SUPPLIES & FINDINGS: Loose gemstone beads and jewelry making findings purchases (under $100 in value) ship via regular Canada Post service and are dispatched next business day. We ship to your confirmed PayPal address by default.

Please contact me to arrange insurance or expedited delivery on any purchase.

I DO offer combined shipping discounts SO ... if you are purchasing several supply or findings items in a single order please contact me prior to sending funds.

Some of our loose gemstones and gemstone bead strands are quite valuable and must therefore be insured. If your supplies order exceeds $100 in value, the entire shipment will be insured and sent via expedited and tracked premium Canada Post service.

Some luxe bead strand listings offer FREE shipping but don`t worry as your shipment won`t be via regular post. Remember, any bead order exceeding $100 in value will automatically be insured (at my cost) and shipped via one of Canada Post`s premium expedited and tracked services.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

All supplies/findings qualify for my no hassle money back guarantee! No questions asked -- Just return the unused item in its original packaging or state (please don`t dismantle bead strands though) within 14 days of receipt for exchange, shop credit or full refund.

Gahooletree Jewelry is *always* covered by my lifetime guarantee on workmanship and may be returned for free repair at any point in the future. Contact me to arrange a return for repair.

Gahooletree Jewelry may be returned for exchange, shop credit or full refund as follows. New unused jewelry in original packaging is returnable within 7 days of receipt WITH THE EXCEPTION OF pierced earrings and bridal jewelry (this includes all cream or white pearl and crystal creations).

Wedding and Bridal Jewelry Note: Sorry folks but our unique bridal hair pins, hair combs, garlands, tiaras, wedding earrings, bracelets and necklaces are NOT returnable for any reason other than damage incurred during shipping.

Finally, I intend to handle jewelry returns on a case by case basis (a return situation hasn`t yet cropped up). So kindly contact me to discuss the situation if you`re wanting to send a design back and we`ll take it from there... :)

Extra Information

Shipping notes and PayPal status: if your paypal address is unconfirmed or your sender status is unverified -- I will by default email you for A) your confirmation that the transaction is valid (that it isn`t fraudulent) and B) to confirm that your PayPal address is accurate. We ship next business day after receiving clarification on the above 2 important points.
