Creative Process includes:
Workmanship: Our jewelry is NOT mass produced. Each piece is carefully hand crafted by us, except as otherwise indicated, and we do the silversmithing as methodically as we are able to create a setting for the stone. BE AWARE: Not one of our pieces is perfect! You will find imperfections, tiny flaws, faint scratches, nicks, lines may not exactly straight, shadows on the backside, etc. This is what makes each piece unique!
Measurements: We measured each stone and setting carefully on our meter (mm) ruler. However, all of our measurements are to be considered approximate and subject to a little variability, depending where you actually measure the piece. We measured the length at its longest and the width at its widest part. All measurements are in mm, and 1 inch = 25.4mm.
Gemstone Color: We will display product images on the website as accurately as possible by photographing each item from different angles, front and back, but we are not professional photographers. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your computer monitor will exactly match the product color. So we will tell you what color(s) it is as close as we can.
Shipping will be provided by the United States Post Office and will include insurance.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Money Back Guarantee/Returns: If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with the item you purchased, returns will be accepted within two (2) days of receipt. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs, and for returning the piece unused/unworn, in its original package as received by you, in good condition, and insured. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items you claim to have returned to us. Upon receipt of the item, we will return your money, minus shipping costs.
Warranty return policy: All of our handmade jewelry is guaranteed to be free from defects in our workmanship and/or materials for a period of thirty (30) days from date of purchase. If your jewelry item comes apart or breaks during normal wear*, you must notify us by e-mail at email@example.com about the defect. After we confirm that the item is defective, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs and insurance. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items you claim to have returned to us. Upon receipt of the item, we will return your money, minus shipping costs. After thirty (30) days, all sales are final!
*Normal wear and tear: As with all fine jewelry, it is your responsibility to wear and use the jewelry appropriately. If we determined that you wore the jewelry while swimming, got bleach or other chemicals on it, or we find it has pet bites or scratches, been stepped on, or otherwise marred in any way, we will not be responsible for your loss or damage and will not refund your money, minus shipping costs.
