Hello and welcome to my policies! I strive to provide the best handcrafted gifts possible and take extra care to do so. I handcraft each item, ensuring that they are made with the utmost care and personalization.
Shipping Information
I use the USPS priority shipping, unless express shipping is requested by the buyer. Insurance is available upon request. I ship with in the USA and international as well. I ask for a four day handling period in which I create the product, but can express it upon request for a small additional charge.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted with in 7 days of receiving product. Buyer pays return shipping. Buyer can choose either a replacement product or a refund. Refunds are also given in the case of damage or lose of product during shipping.
