I do mainly custom work and from time to time I will also have some ready to ship items. My time frame depends mainly on the amount of orders I have. I also sell on another site and at times I am quite busy. If you need it quickly, please contact me before you purchase, and I will do my best to meet your request. I generally run 2-4 weeks on custom orders.
I ship most items by USPS Priority Mail in the U.S. (with delivery confirmation). I usually ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. On smaller items I ship USPS 1st Class Mail (with delivery confirmation).
If your item is lost or damaged I do not think that you should have to absorb the shipping cost. Even though it may not be my fault, I don't think that you, the customer should be penalized. That being said, if I do have a delivery confirmation, you may have to do some leg work on your end with the Postal Service. I will always make things right on my end.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your item, please let me know and I will do everything in my power to make you happy with your purchase. If that can not be done, please return the item within (2 weeks) from receiving the item in it's original condition. Once I receive the item back, I will refund your entire purchase amount as well as the return shipping.
I can not accept returns on items that have been personalized.
I do offer a wholesale discount, but I do not do consignments.
