Gillian’s Gallery is located in Adelaide, South Australia.

This is where I carefully package and post each item to enable its safe journey to you, either in Australia or Worldwide.

Shipping Information

Purchases are to be made using PayPal.

All orders will be promptly sent when the PayPal payment has cleared.

I will send items to the address on PayPal, unless advised otherwise. So please make sure the address is correct.

Items are carefully packaged and sent via Australia Post regular service within Australia and Australia Post standard airmail service for International.

If you would like to upgrade the postage service please contact me and the postage price will be adjusted.

If your item is delayed in transit please contact me and I will do my best to find its location and how much longer it will be.

Please note International buyers are responsible for any customs or duties charges that may apply.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Extra care is taken to ensure that each item you purchase from Gillian’s Gallery reaches you in perfect condition.

If, however, your item is damaged in transit please contact me immediately and return the package within 14 days for a refund.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and I will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any return postage.
