Shipping Information

I ship via Canada Post from my location.

All photographic prints are shipped protected with plastic sheeting so they will be safe and sound from the elements, and I sandwich the prints between recycled or repurposed cardboard reinforcement to avoid damage due to shipping. Don't laugh at what is in the envelope! :0) Trying to be environmentally friendly here...

PLEASE NOTE: International Orders and such... you're responsible for any customs or duty applicable at time of delivery outside of Canada.

NOTE: I will NOT ship to anything other than your paypal address. Sorry if that inconveniences you. This includes sending to a different address as a gift. My apologies. There is just far too much fraud happening these days.

BUYERS OUTSIDE OF CANADA/USA PLEASE NOTE: Most of my prints have an international shipping option listed. For larger items such as paintings, I have specified they will only be sold within Canada or the USA due to high shipping costs which will NOT be cost beneficial to you. If you are interested in a painting, and are willing to pay the shipping costs, please send me a Convo and I will revise the listing specifically for you.

I make every effort to ship your item within a few days of receiving your order. Please be aware, however, that shipping out of Canada to other countries often takes as long as 3 weeks from start to finish.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

LOSS OR DAMAGE:
In the event of lost or damaged package, I will work with you to locate original and will ship a replacement, if needed.
However, I take great pains to ensure that your order will arrive safe and sound, protected against the elements and against damages. No claims beyond 30 days from date of purchase.

OTHER:
Due to the delicate nature of shipping photographs, I do not offer refunds. Please be 100% sure and confident of your decision to purchase a quality print from my shop. You will not be disappointed.
