Shipping Information

All items usually ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via US Postal Services. We are, however, happy to work with customers if they have shipping preferences.

Expedite Shipping:
Fast shipping is available upon request, and at standard rates for the requested carrier. I will happily provide quotes for any shipping needs you may have.
Please note! Any shipping that is required "Next Day" will incur a $5.00 handling fee. This is the only time I will ever charge a handling fee.

International customers:
For items shipping outside the United States, alternate shipping rates will apply. I only charge actual shipping costs, so please converse with me for the exact amounts before making your purchase. I will reserve the item you are interested in until exact shipping costs can be calculated.

Products can be insured on request, at an additional charge (as dictated by the United States Postal Service.)

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Shipping insurance is available upon request and at the discretion of the buyer. Rates are determined by the United States Postal Service, or the carrier specified by the customer.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available at this time.

Gift Wrapping: Gift wrapping is not currently available at this time.

Trades: I do not engage in trades at this time.

Custom Orders: I'm delighted to take on a custom order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the delivery of any custom order.
